Ingredients
Steps
-
eggs, beaten
-
Cut the persimmon into small pieces. It’s easier to cook out the juice after putting it in the pot
-
I prepared chopped green onions, but after doing it many times, I realized that they must be fried with chopped green onions, otherwise they would really not taste good
-
Fry the eggs first, add more oil to the eggs
-
Pour the eggs into the pot
-
Personally, I prefer the omelette to be a little burnt on both sides, so it tastes more delicious. Then use a shovel to cut into pieces
-
Add a little oil to the pot
-
Stir-fried green onions
-
Pour the persimmons into the pot
-
Add 1 and a half tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry.
-
After the persimmons come out of the soup, pour the eggs on top of the persimmons. Keep the eggs on top of the persimmons, if the scrambled eggs are too soupy. You can stir-fry when it is out of the pan
-
After the eggs are dyed by persimmons, add a small amount of salt (because a lot of sugar is added, add less salt to make it sour and sweet)
-
Take out of the pot and serve
