  1. Pour 150g whipping cream and 100g water into the bread machine

  2. Add 320g bread flour

  3. Add 30g sugar, 4g salt, 5g high sugar resistant yeast at different positions

  4. Knead the dough in the bread machine for 30 minutes and take it out. Roll it out long, then fold it in three as shown in the picture

  5. Turn it upright and roll it flat

  6. Roll it out like this

  7. Roll it up

  8. Put it into the bread machine (remember to take out the mixing paddle from the bread machine)

  9. Ferment until doubled in size.

  10. After fermentation, bake for 50 minutes

  11. Let cool and then slice into pieces

  12. After cutting, store in a plastic bag to prevent the bread from drying out
