When I traveled to Shunde, I ate black bean tofu. It was sweet, delicate and tender, and I will never forget it. Soaked black beans, I'm going to try it too, to make a unique bowl of southern sweet tofu.

Soak the black beans one night in advance and beat them twice with the juice function of the wall breaker.
