  1. Blanch the pork ribs after you buy them home.

  2. Remove the center part of the pineapple and cut it into pieces about the same size as the ribs.

  3. After the pot is hot, add oil and ginger slices.

  4. Stir-fry the pork ribs with dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.

  5. Add cola, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over medium-low heat.

  6. When the juice is reduced, add salt and the previously cut pineapple, reduce the juice over high heat, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
