Prepare ingredients, ginger, garlic, pickled peppers, peeled green bamboo shoots, onions, cooked white-cut fatty sausage

Slice green bamboo shoots and onions, slice ginger and garlic, and chop pickled peppers

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pan, add the fat intestines and stir-fry

Stir-fry the fat intestine until it turns slightly brown. Add ginger slices, garlic slices and pickled pepper and stir-fry together

Add green bamboo shoots and onions and stir-fry

Add a little water, 2/3 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon chicken powder and stir-fry

Stir-fry the green bamboo shoots and onions until they are tender and dehydrated. Add a teaspoon of white vinegar and a little oil before serving
