This soup is a seasonal soup of this season. Our family often drinks it. It is simple, convenient, nutritious, and more importantly, delicious. It is very convenient to buy a bag of broad beans when you get home from get off work, and use part of it to make soup and part to eat cold.

Peel off the shell of broad beans.

If you want to make soup, peel off the inner shell.

Beat two eggs.
