Flaxseed oil scallion bread and salty pudding
Overview
Flaxseed oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid. Linolenic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that is essential for the human body but cannot be synthesized by itself. It can be derived into EPA and DHA, which are good for enhancing vision, regulating attention and cognitive processes. In addition, DHA and EPA have the effects of lowering blood lipids, improving blood circulation, inhibiting platelet aggregation, inhibiting atherosclerotic plaques and thrombosis in the body, and have good preventive and therapeutic effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. I was lucky enough to get Greenol's flaxseed oil, and I started to eat oil in different ways. Bake a salty bread pudding, without those fancy intestines, just a simple onion, black pepper flavor. Mix green onion and black pepper with egg milk, layer the bread with egg milk, so that you can enjoy the fresh onion aroma in every layer. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. The egg liquid will solidify and the surface will be crispy. After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle a little green onion and black pepper, drizzle with linseed oil, and let the oil penetrate into the surface of the croutons. The salty aroma is delicious, fresh and refreshing. Flaxseed oil has a unique taste that old comrades don't like very much. Pour it on this bread pudding and it's not even noticeable. So, this is a good way to embrace flaxseed oil.
