  1. Wash the okra's surface fluff, boil it in boiling water until the color turns green, and take it out. It is best to cook them whole to prevent loss of nutrients.

  2. Wash and tear the oyster mushrooms into small strips and set aside.

  3. Dice the garlic and mince the green onions and shallots.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and when fragrant comes out, add oyster mushrooms and stir-fry. Since the oyster mushrooms have more moisture, put them in first to avoid sticking to the pan.

  5. Add the stemmed and chopped okra and continue to stir-fry. Add salt, oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

  6. After the oyster mushrooms shrink and become soft and fully release their moisture, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
