Grilled crucian carp
Overview
I have been using the air fryer to cook crucian carp in the previous period. This time I made an oven version of grilled crucian carp to try out the new oven. The air fryer has a small capacity and the internal space is much smaller than that of an oven. With hot air circulation, the baking time is relatively short. The oven space is slightly larger, and it takes a lot of time to bake to a satisfactory color, so I rarely use the oven to bake dishes to avoid being impatient.
