The New Year snack in my memory--Sweet potato sticks
Overview
Sweet potato sticks were like an indelible New Year dish in my childhood. When I was a kid, the Spring Festival was the most flavorful of the New Year. After the Spring Festival, the adults in the family got busy, stewing chicken, stewed meat, stewed pork ribs, croquettes, fried crunch, and fried sweet potato sticks. Most of them gathered around my grandma. While grandma was making them, I ate them at the same time. It was so fragrant that I was so beautiful that I was jumping around! Now that I have grown up, I occasionally recall the happy scene of eating sweet potato sticks when I was a child~ Just do it if you think of it, make it yourself!
