Homemade dried eggs
Overview
I made mooncakes recently, and I had a lot of salted egg white left over, which I used to use as flower fertilizer. I saw someone making dried eggs some time ago, so I used salted egg white to make it. It tastes good.

Salted egg white, do not stir.

Grease the plate to prevent it from sticking, and pour the salted chicken broth into it.

Put into the boiling water pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

It's ready when the egg whites solidify.

Let the salted egg white cool and then slice into slices.

Pour water into the pot, add more water, the salted egg white is relatively salty, add braised steamed buns, star anise, tangerine peel, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns and dark soy sauce. (Dark soy sauce is used for coloring. Do not add other seasonings. Salted egg white is salty.)

After the brine is boiled, add the salted egg white slices.

After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 hours to let the salty flavor of the salted eggs soak out.

It can be eaten as braised food or stir-fried. It is salty and fragrant and goes well with rice.
