Ingredients: Cut the pork belly into pieces and blanch them in water, soak the dried lotus seeds in warm water for half an hour (you can remove the lotus seed core if you don’t like it).

Place the pork belly in a pot and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Add ginger slices, star anise, and cinnamon.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add rock sugar.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for forty minutes.

Add lotus seeds and cook for another ten minutes.

Remove the juice over high heat.
