Prepare ingredients.

The asparagus scalp is always peeled off with a paring knife (some people pinch it and throw it away)

Wash the asparagus and cut it diagonally into sections.

Put the black fungus in the pot with cold water. When the water boils, pour in the asparagus water (if you want the black fungus to be delicious, cook it for a shorter time)

Cut the cooked black fungus a few times with a knife (if it is a small piece, this step can be omitted)

Heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, add asparagus and fungus.

Stir-fry over high heat (pay attention to safety as the fungus may jump out of the pot)

Add a pinch of salt and a little water and stir-fry.

Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry.

Remove from pot and plate.
