Chocolate Cream Roll

After preparing all the ingredients, stir together the egg yolks, sugar, oil and milk.

Sift in cocoa powder and cake flour.

Mix well.

Add egg whites to cream of tartar and beat until short peaks (hard whipping).

Add the egg white batter to the chocolate batter in three batches.

Use a spatula to stir evenly.

Pour into the baking pan and bake at 180 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes.

After cooling, apply the whipped cream.

Roll up, refrigerate, and cut into pieces after 4 hours.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
