Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces, squeeze the tomatoes into juice, and cut the green onion and ginger into shreds.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded onions and ginger and stir-fry

Add cauliflower and fry until golden brown.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry for a while. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for five minutes.

Remove from the pan.
