Braised beef brisket slices
Overview
My baby is over 4 years old this year, and he doesn’t drink much milk anymore. But I am usually very picky about food and rarely eat meat! This may be a worry for many mothers! Our little girl likes to eat beef brisket cooked like this! Will you upload this dish to share with your mother today? I hope the babies can eat two more mouthfuls of delicious vegetables and grow strong!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Dissolve the brisket in water and cut it into 3 mm slices, slice the ginger, peel the garlic and cut it in the middle, cut the green onion into flowers and set aside.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the wok, heat it up, add ginger slices and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add the sliced beef brisket and stir-fry evenly. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and wine for about two minutes. Continue stir-frying for two minutes. Add water to cover the beef. Cover and cook over high heat for 20 minutes.
-
Add two spoons of Haitian spicy soybean paste (a little sweet and spicy, depending on personal taste) and garlic and stir-fry. Add the water that covered the beef again and cook for ten minutes.
-
Add salt and chives to reduce the juice, and you’re done!
