This is meatballs made from pork I bought and cut into slices!

Wash the potatoes you bought, peel them, and cut them into shreds! After cutting, put the shredded potatoes under the faucet and rinse them, so that they won't stick to the pan when fried!

After adding an appropriate amount of olive oil to the pan, pour the shredded potatoes into the wok and stir-fry quickly. When they are almost ready, add salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry over low heat for a while!

The potatoes are almost done. Pour the meatball slices into the wok and fry for a while together with the shredded potatoes! Be careful to turn down the heat!

It’s done, the potatoes are crispy and the meatballs are elastic!
