Overview

Brussels sprouts are a very nutritious vegetable, but they taste really bad! So I came up with this method of roasting it with other vegetables. It’s easy and delicious!

Steps

  1. Start by dicing and slicing the vegetables. I used Brussels sprouts, king oyster mushrooms, potatoes, and carrots.

  2. Cut garlic into small pieces.

  3. Pour all the vegetables into a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice.

  4. Place the vegetables on the baking sheet and spread them as evenly as possible.

  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and place baking sheet in it.

  6. After about fifteen minutes, turn on the oven and turn the vegetables.

  7. Bake for another fifteen minutes and it should be ready. It smells so good right out of the oven!
