Prepare all the ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator and cut it into small cubes without softening it

Mix sugar, coconut milk, milk and salt

Sift the medium flour into a bowl and add diced butter. Stir gently to coat the butter with flour. Use your hands to rub the butter and flour into small pieces

Then add the mixed milk and lightly knead it into a ball, then put it in a plastic bag and refrigerate it for one hour

Pick up the yellow peach and slice it

Spread a piece of plastic wrap, place the dough on top of the plastic wrap, cover it again with plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to roll it into a pie crust slightly larger than the pie plate

Peel off the plastic wrap on the pie crust and place it on the pie plate. Flatten it gently with your hands and roll it around the pie plate with a rolling pin. Use a toothpick to make some holes in the pie crust and leave it for 10 minutes
