Stir-fried Chicken Mushrooms with Bacon

Overview

A very meaty and crunchy mushroom!

Wash and slice bacon
Wash and slice the chicken gizzard mushrooms into thin slices, the thinner the better
Fry the bacon over low heat to release the oil, add in the flattened garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
Pour in the chicken gizzard mushroom slices and stir-fry over high heat
Fry until soft and cooked, add a little salt and serve
Finished product!
