Generally, 500 grams of raw beans require 4000 ml to 5000 ml of water. If you like it a little older, you can add less water. It should not be too thin, as it will affect the coagulation

  3. To make soy milk, use two layers of gauze to filter it. The bean dregs must be removed cleanly. The taste of tofu curd mixed with bean dregs will be rough

  4. To cook soy milk, be sure to boil the filtered soy milk, then simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes until cooked

  5. After the soy milk is cooked, place it indoors until it reaches about 80°C. Then prepare the lactone. Dissolve the lactone with a small amount of warm water

  6. Then pour the dried soy milk into the dissolved lactone, mix it quickly and thoroughly, then cover it and keep it at about 80°C for 15-20 minutes to solidify

  7. In order to keep it warm, you can make a basin of water. After the soy milk is poured in, immediately put it into a large pot and steam it over low heat. It will definitely take shape in 20 minutes
