  1. Prepare: mussels, washed.

  2. Preparation: Minced ginger and garlic.

  3. Add water to a small soup pot and cook until small bubbles form, then add the mussels and continue to cook over medium heat until the mussels open, then turn off the heat.

  4. Open the shell and take out the mussel meat.

  5. Use scissors to cut off any of these things in the middle of the meat.

  6. Place the cleaned mussels on a plate and put ginger, garlic and millet in the middle.

  7. Pour on hot oil and light soy sauce and enjoy.
