Lao Nai Potato Soup

Yesterday I made a simple version of Yunnan Lao Nai Yang, which is more suitable for the elderly and children. Today I will make a Lao Nai Potato Soup suitable for young people. This soup is sour, spicy and refreshing, suitable for making rice when you have a bad appetite in summer. Potatoes are called potatoes in Yunnan, and Lao Nai potato is one of Yunnan’s delicacies. It is simple and convenient to make and suitable for all ages.
