Vegetable Sausage Pizza
Overview
There was a ball of dough left from making sausage buns. It just so happened that I hadn’t made pizza for a long time, so I used a piece of sausage and found some side dishes from the refrigerator, and a simple pizza was born. Because it uses bread dough, the crust is very soft and has a rich milky flavor. The recipe for sausage buns is as follows (170 grams of pizza dough is used): 430 grams of high-gluten flour, 64 grams of white sugar, 5 grams of salt, 40 grams of eggs, 26 grams of milk powder, 5 grams of yeast powder, 120 grams of water, and 40 grams of butter. Alternatively, other dough can be substituted.
