Wash the king oyster mushrooms and chives, buy the fried peanuts from outside, and cook the black sesame seeds.

Cut the king oyster mushrooms into strips and blanch them in water. Boil the water for 2 minutes, take them out, let them cool and squeeze out the water.

Chop the peanuts, mince the chives, and squeeze the king oyster mushrooms dry.

Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken essence, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp chili oil, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts, black sesame seeds and chopped chives. Heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil and pour it on the chives.
