Cut the pork belly into thin slices;

Cut spicy cabbage into sections;

Tofu cut into cubes

Wash bean sprouts

Sliced cabbage hearts

Heat oil in a pot, add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears;

Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry;

Stir-fry until it changes color, add spicy cabbage and stir-fry;

Pour in water (or stock) and add soup stock to taste;

Pour in the cabbage hearts first, cover and cook; (cabbage is delicious only when it is cooked)

Then leave the soup in the pot, put the vegetables first and put them on the bottom of the bowl; (otherwise there are too many ingredients in the pot and it will be difficult to cook)

Then add the bean sprouts and tofu, cover and cook until the flavors

Finally, put the soup together and that’s it!
