Add the meat slices to the soy flour and mix well.

Boil water in a pot and cook mushrooms.

Cook ladles of vegetables.

Boil lotus root.

Pour oil into the pan and sauté the ginger and garlic.

Add sour soup and fat beef sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add 1 bowl of water and bring to boil.

Add the meat slices and cook.

When the other ingredients are cooked, put them into a bowl and pour the cooked meat slices and soup together.

Finish by sprinkling wild sansho pepper.
