Overview
There is a piece of chicken drumstick and uneaten pineapple left in the refrigerator, and I want to combine them organically to make myself something delicious.

Steps
-
Plant the chicken legs all around and make a few marks on the meat surface to absorb the flavor;
-
Put the chicken legs in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and marinate evenly;
-
Soak the pineapple pieces in salt water for about 5 minutes. Your mouth will not itch when you eat it;
-
Chop 2 of the pineapple slices into pieces to make gravy;
-
Open a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken legs skin side down until golden brown, then fry the other side until golden brown;
-
Place the chicken legs skin side down on a clean chopping board and cut into strips so that the skin is more complete when cut;
-
Use a knife to cut through the bottom of the meat, pick up the whole row of chicken, and turn the meat upside down on a plate;
-
Mix bowl juice seasoning with 2 tablespoons of minced pineapple, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/3 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch water, and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil. Stir evenly, pour it into the pot, add the pineapple chunks, cook until it bubbles, turn off the heat, and pour it on the meat surface before serving.
