  1. Separate the eggs into yolk and egg white, do not let them get wet.

  2. Mix the warm milk yeast water evenly.

  3. Add flour to form a batter.

  4. Add sugar to the egg whites in three batches, and use a whisk to beat the egg whites until they can drip.

  5. Add the egg whites to the egg batter in three batches and mix evenly.

  6. Stir until it can drip.

  7. Pour the egg batter into the cake mold and steam it in a steamer for 30 minutes.

  8. Use a mold remover to remove the cake from the mold, turn it out and serve on a plate.

  9. Beautiful, right? Sprinkle some sesame seeds to make it look better.
