Wash the winter melon, peel, slice and set aside.

Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives and no pollution, wash them clean, control the water, put them in a bowl, and set aside.

Slice garlic and shred red pepper, set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and chili pepper and saute until fragrant, then add slices of winter melon and mung bean sprouts, season with an appropriate amount of salt and a little light soy sauce, add a few drops of purified water, stir-fry for a while, and stir-fry until the winter melon becomes soft.
