Homemade Spicy Sauce
Overview
I have never been able to find hot sauce that suits my taste from those selling hot sauce outside, so I have always made my own. I have finished eating the chili sauce at home. I bought the ingredients yesterday and made it early this morning. When it is ready, the aroma is even permeable in the corridor. Whether it's steamed buns, stir-fry, or hot pot, it's always delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour out the vacuum packed tempeh and chop slightly.
-
Wash the dried chili peppers, add water, put them in the microwave, dry them twice over low heat, turn them over once in the middle, for 4 minutes (time and heat power should be determined according to your own circumstances), then put them into a food processor and grind them into powder.
-
Put the green peppercorns directly into the food processor and grind. (Add it according to your own taste, this amount is just right for me).
-
Pour oil into the pan, heat it up, add chopped black bean and stir-fry for about a minute.
-
Pour in the chili noodles, mix well, and stir-fry until the oil turns red.
-
Pour in the green peppercorn powder, stir evenly, and turn off the heat. Let cool, bottle, seal, and store in the refrigerator.
