Overview
The pumpkin is ripe. From spring to summer, and then to the bleak autumn wind, a pumpkin goes from blooming and leafy to ripe and falling, until the ground is covered with golden leaves. A harvest of pumpkins brings a beautiful touch of gold to our lives, symbolizing harvest and abundance. I created this fancy pasta called Pumpkin Ripe to greet this hot summer and welcome a bumper harvest in autumn.

Prepare ingredients. Ordinary flour: 500g, yeast: 4g, aluminum-free baking powder: 1g

Prepare ingredients. Pumpkin (small): half, cocoa powder: a little, matcha powder: a little. Steam the pumpkin until cooked. Pumpkin can be sliced and steamed to make it easier to ripen. After steaming, grind into puree and set aside. You also need to prepare some string for modeling.

Add flour to yeast and baking powder, mix well and divide into three parts. Mix pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, and matcha powder into three colored doughs respectively. Place the three colored doughs in different containers and cover them with moist drawer cloths to ferment separately. The distribution of dough sizes is: more yellow, less brown and green.

When the dough has fermented to 1.5 to 2 times its original size, you can add the ingredients. Take a piece of yellow dough and roll it into a round shape to form the shape of a pumpkin, the size depends on your personal preference. Take a small piece of green dough, use scissors to cut out the shape of a leaf, and use the back of a knife to press the veins on the leaf without cutting it.

Use string to draw six petals evenly on the pumpkin prototype. Use a little force when tying the thread. If the force is too light, the marks will become lighter or disappear as the noodles ferment, affecting the appearance. If you don't have such a cotton string, you can also use our needlework thread, but you need to twist a few strands together to make it thicker, otherwise the traces drawn by an ordinary thread are too small and it is very easy to fail during the fermentation process.

Untie the string, take a small piece of brown dough and fix it on the top to make a melon base, and then fix the leaves prepared in advance. A beautiful little pumpkin is ready. Prepare all the small pumpkins in this way.

Observe that the size of the steamed buns increases and the surface of the dough is fluffy and rises. Steam the buns in a pot and cook them for 15 minutes. The steaming time can be increased or decreased according to the size of the pasta you are making.
