Prepare glutinous rice flour, add appropriate amount of warm water, and mix until smooth, soft and even.

Put the wrapped glutinous rice balls into a bowl with a little glutinous rice flour, and "rock" them 360 degrees at a constant speed until the glutinous rice flour in the bowl evenly coats the glutinous rice balls.
