Put fresh duck meat in the pressure cooker, add water (foam the duck meat), sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, add ginger slices, cover the lid, and cook over high heat. After the air is released, cook over medium heat for about fifteen minutes (depend on your favorite taste, if you don’t like it too bad, take a few minutes less). The duck in the picture is raised by a fellow villager, and it comes out yellow and shiny.
