Wash the beef and cut it into pieces, put it in a basin and soak it in water for 30 minutes to soak out the bleeding water.

After soaking in blood, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and beef cubes and stir-fry.

Add bean paste and stir-fry.

Stir well and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the garlic and green onion pieces and stir-fry evenly. Add water to cover the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.

Add potato cubes and cook for another 30 minutes.

Add the green pepper segments and millet and stir-fry evenly for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste and light soy sauce to enhance the freshness.

Remove from the pan.
