Dragon fruit and pumpkin florets cake
Overview
I had some leftover juice from the juice I squeezed in the morning, so I thought about it and made this little flower cake. It’s very crispy and delicious!

Mix oil dough (120g flour, 40g lard, 45g dragon juice, 1g salt) into dough

The pastry (60 grams of flour, 25 grams of lard) will be a little dry at first, just mix it in and it will be fine

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for five minutes

Divide the dough and pastry into eight dough balls of similar size

Use a rolling pin to cut the dough into thin slices and wrap it in the pastry

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into an oval shape

Roll it up from bottom to top. Roll it out for the second time. The second time should be longer than the first time. Roll it up

When all 8 are done, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for five minutes

Press the dough in the middle, fold it in half, and roll it into a thin sheet

Steam the pumpkin slices in a steamer, remove and add sugar

Mash pumpkin puree

Roll the dough into thin sheets and add appropriate amount of pumpkin puree

Wrap into a ball, flatten and cut into eight pieces

You can put a layer of tinfoil or oil paper on the bottom of the baking tray, and place the florets on the baking tray
