  1. Cut the pork belly into two finger widths, add one spoon of dark soy sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, garlic slices, three ginger slices, appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for a day. The seasoning is saltier than normal, so it tastes normal when cooked

  2. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in water for about 5 hours, drain, add some salt (don’t add too much), chicken essence, and two tablespoons of dark soy sauce and mix well
