Missing Frosted Cookies
Overview
Pure snowflakes and white dandelions, although they have no wings, can bring sweet thoughts to each other. Using the pure white primary color of icing sugar, on the cocoa biscuit base, two little friends who miss each other in the season of flying snowflakes and dandelions are outlined.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Butter softened at room temperature
-
Add powdered sugar and mix well
-
Add egg liquid in portions
-
Beat with a whisk until completely combined
-
Sift in the mixture of cake flour and cocoa powder
-
Mix well to form a dough
-
Sandwich it between two pieces of oil paper and roll it into thin sheets
-
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes
-
Take out and let cool for later use
-
Sift powdered sugar and protein powder
-
Add a small amount of warm water and beat with a whisk until peaks form
-
Place into a piping bag with a cutout. Because the biscuits were relatively small, the size 0 nozzle was still too large. Later, I used a piping bag to cut the icing
-
First, use a spatula to spread a small amount of frosting on a cookie, and create a three-dimensional effect of a few snowflakes stacked in the lower left corner
-
Outline the head. Because the pattern is relatively simple and in a single color, I drew it directly without any drawings.
-
After drawing the line, fill it, then decorate it with snowflakes, and set it aside to dry
-
Do the same with another biscuit, smear the bottom of the biscuit, roll it into a small roll with paper towels, and dip it on the surface to form a pattern
-
It also follows the principle of drawing lines first and then filling them in. Pay attention to the hierarchical relationship between the front and back
-
When finished, place it on the plate and decorate the plate with the remaining icing
