Stir-fried meat with asparagus and fungus
Overview
I like the fresh flavor of asparagus. I bought a handful in the supermarket and used it to stir-fry shredded pork. It tasted very good.

Pick and wash asparagus, cut into cubes and set aside.

Fried shredded pork, set aside.

Soak the fungus, wash and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger.

Add the asparagus segments and stir-fry evenly.

Add the shredded pork and stir-fry evenly.

Add fungus and stir well.

Add oyster sauce to taste.

Add salt to taste.

When it tastes good, take it out of the pot and put it on a plate.
