One baguette, cut diagonally into slices, about 1.5CM thick.

Chop half and half garlic and shallots, add appropriate amount of corn oil, butter and salt and mix well. You can also use only olive oil or only corn oil, depending on your preference.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper and spread the prepared garlic sauce evenly on the bread slices.

Place in the middle rack of the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes.

After baking, let it cool naturally. When you take a bite, it will be crispy and full of garlic flavor. If you can't finish it, keep it sealed. If it regains moisture, bake it in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes to make it crispy again.
