Homemade xo sauce
Overview
I like to use XO sauce to mix noodles or fried rice, so I made it myself and it tasted very authentic.

Since there are no fresh scallops, I can only melt the frozen ones with water first

Boil in boiling water for 10 minutes to allow it to shrink and become cooked

Tear into strips by hand

Soak the dried shrimps slightly in water. Do not soak them too much to keep them chewy

Sweet ham cut into small pieces

Chop the onion into fine pieces

Chop the garlic into fine pieces

Chop the soaked dried shrimps

Pour oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is slightly high, pour in the scallops and fry them over low heat

Add ham sausage and dried shrimps

Add minced onion and minced garlic

Pour in the appropriate amount of fish sauce, soy sauce can be used instead

If you like chili, you can add a little crushed chili
