I made my own scallion oil and came with lettuce and scallion oil. It is a super vegetarian dish and very delicious.

  1. Shred lettuce

  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips (it was supposed to be cut into strips, but my knife skills are weak and I can’t cut it into strips)

  3. Boil water in a pot, put a little salt in it to taste

  4. After the water is boiled, add the lettuce and blanch it briefly before taking it out (you don’t have to wait for the water to boil. In fact, the lettuce can be eaten raw. For hygiene reasons, it is better to blanch it)

  5. Put the blanched asparagus into cold water and let it cool until the color becomes bright

  6. After changing the water several times, remove the lettuce and control the water

  7. Put the water-controlled lettuce and colored peppers into a small basin, add scallion oil, salt and sugar, mix thoroughly and enjoy. (It would be better if you have some pepper at home)
