Cod with scallion oil
Overview
Cod has high nutritional value, the fish meat is white, tender, firm and light in taste. Cooked with steamed scallion oil, it tastes salty and fragrant.

Thaw the cod, remove scales and clean.

Add onion, ginger, pepper, salt, and cooking wine to the water.

Add the cod and soak for half an hour to firm up the meat.

Take out the cod, rinse it with clean water, drain the water and put it on a plate. After the water boils, steam it for 6 minutes.

Pour off the soup from the steamed fish.

Place the scallions on top of the steamed cod and pour the steamed fish soy sauce over it. Pour cooking oil into the wok to heat up, then pour it over the chopped green onions and cod.
