Stir-fried shredded beef with green pepper
Overview
Beef can be made into a delicious dish with any additional ingredients. For example, this green pepper stir-fried shredded beef, just a few green peppers and a few grains of black pepper can bring out the fragrance and freshness of the beef, and it is excellent with rice.

Wash the green peppers, remove seeds and cut into shreds

Shred the beef and set aside

Marinate the shredded beef with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and shredded ginger for 10 minutes

Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the shredded beef

When the shredded beef gradually changes color, add appropriate amount of black peppercorns and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute

Then add green pepper shreds and stir-fry for a while

Sprinkle with chives and stir-fry twice before serving (because the beef has been marinated in advance, there is no need to add salt to this dish)
