Boil the chicken in warm water and remove the blood.

After the oil is hot, add ginger slices and peppercorns and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

Add bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir fry evenly.

Add water to cover the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.

Add konjac cubes.
