Thai coconut curry chicken
Overview
I tasted this Thai Coconut Chicken Curry in Singapore last year and I still remember its taste. Last month, my friend brought a pack of Thai curry powder to Singapore. I bought Thai coconut milk at an import store. I couldn’t wait to make this dish because I was salivating over the rich aroma of the curry coconut milk. The most important thing is that its soup goes very well with rice.
