I cooked a lot of red beans and couldn't eat them for a while, so I made this red bean toast.

Pour milk into a bread barrel, beat in eggs, put sugar in one corner, salt in another corner, pour in flour, make a small hole in the flour, add yeast

Start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes and knead into dough

After the program ends, add softened butter and start the dough mixing process again

After kneading, you can take out a large area of glove film

Carry out the first fermentation until doubled in size

Remove and deflate and divide into three pieces of dough

Take a piece and roll it into a tongue shape

Spread some red bean paste on it (I made the red bean paste myself, and I didn’t mix it very finely)

Roll up and wrap up the bean paste, spread some more on top, roll it up again, repeat the above process until the roll is complete and the seam is facing down

Place in toast box

Send to eight points

Place the toast box into the middle and lower rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

Remove from mold, let cool, slice into slices and eat
