Prepare the raw materials, chop the lean pork in advance, chop the white onion, and pound the garlic into a paste.

Melt butter at room temperature.

After the butter melts, pour in the meat filling, beaten eggs, flour and cooking wine, and stir vigorously in one direction until stiff.

Then add minced onion, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, allspice, and stir evenly.

Take an appropriate amount of the mixed meat filling, pat it into a round meat patty about 1cm thick with your hands, put it into the baking pan and arrange it.

After all the patties are arranged, place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. After baking for 12 minutes, turn them over and continue baking for another 8 minutes.
