Wash and soak an appropriate amount of salted kelp seedlings for 10 minutes.

Cut into two finger lengths.

Boil the water for a minute or two.

Remove into a bowl.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dry red pepper until fragrant.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.

Appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Stir well and turn off the heat.

Pour onto the blanched kelp seedlings.

Mix well and serve.
