Wash the vegetables, winter bamboo shoots, carrots, and onions and cut them with a knife (I forgot to take a photo of the vegetables).

Slice winter bamboo shoots.

Blanch in a pot under cold water for 3 minutes.

Beat the eggs with salt, cooking wine and a little water.

Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry into pieces and serve.

Put oil in the pot, add onions, carrots, and winter bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a while.

Add green vegetables and stir-fry until medium cooked.

In another pot, fry the dumplings until cooked.

Add the cooked dumplings, add a small spoonful of bean paste and a little light soy sauce and stir well.
